Aston Martin’s Low-iQ Cygnet seen at Düsseldorf

by Alex

Undoubtedly there will perhaps be no confusion in anyone’s mind about the particular fact if we go ahead and give the prize for the most ludicrous new car of 2010 to Aston Martin’s Cygnet luxury mini. The British firm’s pint-size model is decorated with fancy twine. It is something like those silly replicas which are shown time and again with that whacky price tag. It is nothing more than a Toyota iQ. Toyota iQ is a micro car introduced at the 2008 Geneva Auto show. It is called Scion iQ in North America.

The Cygnet won’t go on sale before early 2011. However ostensibly, Aston Martin has already begun shipping cars in Europe so that it can be used by the firm’s dealers. This example has been used by the Exec Company. The left-hand drive example with British license Plates was spotted by a forum member of Autogespot on the roads of Dusseldorf. It is the Capital city of the German states of North Rhine-Westphalia. For more photos of the Cygnet, follow the break.
