Auto exports in China during July hit a record high as market recovery continue, according to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM).
Chinese automakers exported about 174,000 vehicles in July, increased by 180 percent year on year and 9.8 percent month on month, CAAM data showed.
New energy vehicles added 31.5 percent of the total exports in July.
From January to July, more than 1 million vehicles were exported, increasing 120 percent year on year.
China’s auto sales increased 19.3 percent year on year to almost 14.76 million units in the first seven months of this year.
