Black Mercedes SL Sidewinder by Renown A.S.

Well known Californian tuner, Renown A.S., has recently released new pictures of their wide-body set for the R230 Mercedes SL-Class. The project is called as the R230 Sidewinder and it includes various options such as three different style rims and optional carbon fiber trim panels.

The tuned vehicle looks pretty much like the Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG Black Series and in terms of width it is wider than the Lamborghini Murcielago by an inch.

Various modifications in the body panel have also been done to suit the wide body such as front bumper, hood, front fenders, side skirts, rear bumper and a customized diffuser.

The engine has also been modified for better performance of the car. The internals have been upgraded and ECU tuning has been done which help the car to achieve the output of 700 hp.
