BMW 0-Series Coming

Have you ever expected that the BMW could get any smaller? Everyone would be a profound naysayer about this. However, BMW officials are said to have “by chance” left images, on the screen, of what could only be the BMW 0-Series in the middle of a presentation in their early Innovation Days in Asia. Some of the leaked images seem to at least convey the same creating some excitement these days.

Back in 2009, the possibility of a BMW 0-Series was in discussion by several sites about a tentative release year of 2012, which not seems to appear much closer than what was anticipated at that time.

A front-wheel-drive, BMW 0-Series would be placed between Mini and 1-Series and will have other salient features such as twin kidney grilles, a front apron inspired by the 1-Series, a sweeping tailgate, and subtle spoilers. Some of the design features are reported to have been borrowed from the Vision Efficient Dynamics Concept.

A customer may opt for among a wide variety choices in petrol and diesel engine version of the car including a new version of the 161bhp 1.5-liter three-cylinder turbo diesel engine. The 161 bhp engine had its first appearance as a range extender on aforementioned Vision Efficient Dynamics Concept.
