Well known aftermarket specialist from Germany VÄTH has developed an upgrade kit for the Mercedes-Benz CLA 250.
The package comes with an ECU remap worth 940 EUR which increases the output to 245 HP (180 kW) and 390 Nm (287 lb-ft) of torque from the series 208 HP (153 kW) and 349 Nm (258 lb-ft). there is also an option to go for the V25 kit that would cost a whopping 4,950 EUR that adds a sports exhaust system (including downpipe) and a bespoke air filter system which together lift power to 265 HP (195 kW) and 420 Nm (310 lb-ft) of torque.
The CLA 250 by VÄTH with the more powerful boost will be able to achieve the 0 to 62 mph (100 kmph) sprint in needs 5.9 seconds and comes with an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 kmph).
Other goodies that form part of the package include a suspension lowering kit (20 to 65mm), 20-inch three-piece wheels, carbon fiber front spoiler lip and a leather-wrapped sports steering wheel for the cabin. Also on the inside one can opt for black velvet floor mats, a 300 kmph speedometer and various carbon or timber applications.
