Dr. Norbert Reithofer, the BMW Chairperson addressed the company’s AGM and talked about the new product of BMW 5 series which is a crossbreed from Munich. An idea of the model of the 5 series crossbreed concept version of the 5 Series hybrid was exposed during March at the Geneva Auto Show. The Chairperson has now uncovered that the production form is likely to come in 2011.

This crossbreed carries the development used in the Active hybrid 7and the MercedesBenz S-400 hybrid. In the 5 series, the motor generates 15kw to 40kw and surely offers you a power drive.

The media is very positive about the new arrival of BMW-5 Series Sedan. The customers are in line with their orders, which exceeds the current production plan of BMW.  The BMW 5-Series will definitely boost up the image, sales and profit of the BMW brand. The company has plans for improvising the production with the launch of this 5-series model. The company had ventured into a new aspect in terms of fuel consumption. This particular 5–Series Sedan consumes diesel up to 5 ltrs/100km. The fuel emissions measure up to 132gms/kmwith engine power of 184-horse power.
