Brabus has recently come up with a new tuning program based on the Mercedes SL 63 AMG.
Dubbed the 850 6.0 Biturbo, the model has been fitted with an aerodynamic styling package that includes features such as front splitter, a hood scoop, a rear diffuser and a trunk-mounted spoiler. Other highlights of the package include a sports exhaust system and 20-inch forged alloy wheels.
Talking about power which is the most significant aspect of the tuning done, the model now comes equipped with twin-turbo 5.5-liter V8 engine that has been tuned to generate an output of 850 HP (625 kW) and 1450 Nm (1069 lb-ft) of torque. The tuner has managed to increase a whopping 313 HP (230 kW) and 650 Nm (479 lb-ft) of torque as compared to standard model.
The company did not release performance specifications after the revised output but if we talk about the standard model it is able to achieve the 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) sprint in 4.3 seconds and has a limited top speed of 250 kmph (155 mph). So we can expect this tuned vehicle to be faster but exact details we will come to know only later.
