Changan Russians crossover to be made at Lipetsk

Changan‘s CS35 will be produced at one of the company’s place in the Lipetsk region.

This model is presented at the Moscow Motor Show, taking place in these days. It will be available only in front-wheel version and with one engine: gasoline power unit volume of 1.6 liters, developing 83 horsepower and 152 Nm of torque. With it, a pair of runs in the 5-step “mechanics” or 4-variant “automatic”.

From crossovers supplied from China, this will differ by the presence of some additional features such as heated seats. Also in Changan CS35 appeared embedded system ERA-GLONASS.

Presumably, its value will be equal to 735 000 rubles ($11,297). The company confirmed to send the first batch of the Russian market, by the year of 2019 the localization of the vehicle must reach the target of 30%.

Earlier it was reported that by the end of this year, Changan products will be represented in 50 sales centers.
