by SpeedLux

Ferrari has now released a new promotional video of 458 Speciale which has recently debuted at the ongoing Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany.

Designed to be the ultimate 458, the model comes with an aerodynamic exterior which features a new front bumper, revised side skirts and an aggressive rear diffuser. Other highlights of the model include front turning vanes, a larger rear spoiler and active aerodynamic flaps that open and close depending on the car’s speed.

Under the hood, the power is provided by an upgraded 4.5-liter V8 engine that would generate 605 HP (445 kW) and 540 Nm (398 lb-ft) of torque which is an increase of 35 HP (25 kW) over the standard. The engine is well connected to an improved dual-clutch transmission that now enables the car to accelerate from 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in just 3 seconds and lap the Fiorano circuit in the time of just 1 minute and 23.5 seconds.

The awesome looking 458 Speciale now also comes equipped with other features such as Brembo brakes, a Side Slip Angle Control system and 20-inch forged wheels covered around in Michelin Pilot Sport Cup2 tires.
