Ferrari 458 Speciale revs its engine in on-board video

by SpeedLux

WorldCarFans collaborator Marchettino recently managed to shot an on-board video in a friend’s brand new Ferrari 458 Speciale.

Ferrari’s upgraded 458 Italia manages to provide a special soundtrack thanks to the firm’s most powerful naturally-aspirated V8 engine ever produced, and is capable of generating an output no less than 605 HP (445 kW) and 398 lb-ft (540 Nm) of torque from a 4.5-liter displacement.

The engine does not only sounds great but the eight-cylinder engine also enables the 458 Speciale to be a seriously quick car which means it is able to accelerate to 62 mph (100 kmph) from a standstill in just 3 seconds and will be able to achieve the mark of 124 mph (200 kmph) in the time of 9.1 seconds.

It’s not surprising that Ferrari has already sold one year’s worth of production, clearly indicating another blockbuster hit from Maranello which can lap the Fiorano circuit 1.5 seconds faster than the 458 Italia in overall time of 1 minute and 23.5 seconds.

We have to say great work done by Marchettino and hope we continue to get more such spicy videos of such super cars in future as well.
