The Sao Paolo Auto Show – which takes place in Sao Paolo, Brazil – is currently welcoming visitors and journalists from all over the world. This automotive exhibition event in particular has a wide array of new vehicle models from a number of automakers to spoil the eyes of the visitors and the journalists’ thirst for news. Well, one of the vehicles worth mentioning is the Ford EcoSport Concept. At a glance, it looks like its older brother, the F-150 Raptor pickup truck. However, don’t be mistaken for the new concept is not a pickup truck at all.
Featuring a Blue Storm paint job all over its body, with black plastic cladding covering certain areas of the car, this new concept vehicle from the US automaker Ford looks quite stunning. On the front, the fascia borrows some styling cues from the F-150 Raptor pickup truck for its front grille. The headlamps, in comparison, remain the same as the ones seen in the previous generation EcoSport model. This time around, Ford is also adding LED fog lamps to the front bumper of the car. As if those are not enough, this new model Ford is displaying at the Sao Paolo Auto Show also features a black roof, Copper Stardust metallic paint job and 15- or 18-inch alloy wheels. The latter will depend on the trim that customers choose for the model. The EcoSport Storm will come in three trims, the Storm, the Beauty and the Beast trims. For the Beast trim, there will even be a bike rack in place of the vehicle’s rear seats.
For the interior, buyers of the new EcoSport Concept will be able to enjoy a host of interesting features such as entertainment system for the rear seats and also a GPS navigation system. Slated as a crossover, this vehicle is capable of taking four people together on a journey.
