Former Ford GT engineer Kip Ewing resigned

The Assistant Chief Engineer at Ford Performance, Kip Ewing, has resigned as per a Ford spokesperson. Ford told “Kip has actually not been associated with the GT program for over a year.” Jamal Hameedi, who is Global Performance Vehicle chief engineer, presently supervises the Ford GT development program.

Prior Ford, Ewing worked for Aston Martin, Callaway Cars, Bentley, and ASC. At Ford, he deal with the S197-generation Ford Mustang, the 2005 Ford GT, and the 2013-2014 Shelby GT500. He is likewise responsible for the GTX1 roadster based upon the 2005 GT.
