Interior and Exterior insurance program launched by Mercedes-Benz

by Ron Grant

If you own a Benz, you now don’t have to worry about scratched panels or stains on your seats, as the luxury carmaker will launch their First Class Interior and First Class Exterior fabric and paint insurance programs. Dealers of Mercedes-Benz have started the service since last month.

The service was rolled out based on the feedback Mercedes received from their dealerships primarily from surveys and interviews. Rival brand BMW also has a similar strategy in terms of placing branded products to their F&I office.

Mercedes-Benz Financial is also pushing for their First Class Wheel & Tire Protection as well as their Extended Limited Warranty Program.
