Kia Sportage Debuts in Frankfurt Motor Show

Kia has finally launched the Kia Sportage at the Frankfurt Motor Show. The Kia Sportage will be on sale in the market by the year end. Kia Sportage is the fourth generration of compact crossover SUV. It has a much more dynamic appearance compared to the Nissan Qashqai. Its design is based on the KX-3 concept. The front hood features the trademark Tiger Nose. The redesigned headlamps are sleeker. There are chrome strip underneath the door and on the bonnets. Kia Sportage has a steep windscreen and sloping window. It has the largest trunk space compared to other crossover SUV Kia has launched in the past. The trunk space capacity is 500 litres.

Kia Sportage is powered with a 4 cylinder petrol. The car features a wide wheebase. The cabin is equipped with a new infotainment system with large display screen. The center console has many large buttons which you can use to control the media player. There are two types of trimmings to choose from including leather sports and ambient lighting. Kia Sportage can accommodate up to 5 passengers. It is available in two wheel or four wheel drive. It is possible that the Sportage will be equipped with a new engine mechanism such as a hybrid electric vehicle.
