Vauxhall has selected Matthew Bendall as their new head of Public Relations (PR) with immediate effect.
Matthew signs up with the Vauxhall group after having various roles within the automotive industry.
With over fifteen years’ experience in the automobile industry, Matthew is notable in the UK media from his time at Kia UK and two stints at Groupe Renault UK where he was the Communications Supervisor.
Discussing his selection, Matthew stated: “I’m very happy to be joining with Stellantis to lead Vauxhall communications as we introduce our new layout language and proceed our electrification offensive throughout vehicles and vans– there are great deals of great things ahead and I expect bringing those tales to our good friends as well as colleagues in the media in the months and also years to come.”
Discussing his arrival, Jeremy Townsend, Communications Director of Peugeot, Citroën, said: “I’m happy to have Matthew as part of the Stellantis UK communications group and I’ve no doubt that his experience and enthusiasm for the market will be a great asset for the automaker and also the broader group.”
