Mercedes CLA 45 AMG Edition 1 announced

Mercedes has recently introduced the CLA 45 AMG Edition 1.

The CLA 45 AMG Edition 1 is set to go on sale very soon and comes with features such as a glossy black rear spoiler, graphite grey side stripes, matte black 19-inch alloy wheels, red accents on the grille, mirrors and the wheels.

Not much change has been done in the cabin but include ARTICO/DINAMICA sport seats, a leather/DINAMICA-wrapped steering wheel and red contrast stitching. There’s also an ARTICO-wrapped dashboard, special badging and AMG floor mats.

The Edition 1 is powered by the same engine as the standard one which is a turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates an output of 360 HP (265 kW) and 332 lb-ft (450 Nm) of torque. This enables the model to accelerate from 0-100 kmph (0-62 mph) in 4.6 seconds and hit an electronically-limited top speed of 250 kmph (155 mph). The engine is mated to a seven-speed dual-clutch transmission and an all-wheel drive system.
