The Clubvan Concept is the object of the rumors regarding the Mini Cargo. Although it’s a bit contradictory for Mini to make a utility vehicle (since, by definition, utility vehicles aren’t, well, “Mini”), the British decided to do it anyway. This new concept will be revealed at the 2012 Geneva Motor Show.
The Clubvan is actually a modified Clubman. Some of the differences include the replacement of the glazed surface with mat polycarbonate. The rear seats have been eliminated so that the trunk would be the size of one in a regular utility vehicle.
It’s obvious that Mini is currently just testing the SUV market’s ground. We might see more production cars from Mini heading this way, but only time will tell. Right now, we need to focus on the Clubvan Concept, and find out if it is able to compete with SUV’s from BMW or Porsche (most likely not, though).
Mini hasn’t yet released any information regarding release date, price estimation, engine capability or fuel consumption, but they will probably answer a lot of the questions at the Geneva Motor Show from next month. So until then, stay tuned on speedlux.com for more information about this car and others due to be released at the same event.

I just heard it on the radio that “Clearance Auto” offers auto car insurance for less than $1 a day for drivers, any one aware of this ? have anyone purchased insurance through them. I did search for them and found them online.
