The next generation of Audi’s A4 was officially unveiled two weeks ago after the artists and designers envisioned a new vehicle which would be inspired by Audi’s RS and the Avant. The model has been revealed in two forms, a sedan and an estate. The sedan is the one in question has been inspired by Audi’s RS and the body style of the Avant. More specifically, the new generation Audi A4 is now 4,730 mm long, 1,840 mm wide and 1,143 mm tall, this means that the new Audi A4 is 25 mm longer and 16 mm wider than its previous model.
The next-gen Audi A4 also has a cargo capacity of 505 liters which can be further increased to 1,510 liters by folding the rear seats. The next generation Audi A4 will be taking on rivals such as the Volkswagen Passat Alltrack and the Volvo V60 Cross Country and it is expected to be introduced sometimes next year. Also the next generation A4 will come with an updated version of Audi’s MLB platform called MLB Evo. The new Audi A4 is weights supposedly 100 kg less than the previous model, and this is all thanks to the company’s MLB underpinnings.
