A new video released by BMW themselves showing the M5 being tested at the company’s Miramas proving grounds located in the South of France ensures the new high performance sedan continues to be in the news. The test runs that have been videoed and released must be the final run up to the unveiling event of the M5 which is supposed to be at the Frankfurt motor show in September.
The engine fit of the car is believed to be a V8. The test runs that have been released depict the car as it maneuvers in both wet and dry conditions with equal ease. BMW has kept the covers on the car till now and while the video shows the car being driven fast yet one can get a glimpse of the interior. The instrument panel appears to be that of the M model and the speedometer on the left has been graded for speeds up to 330 kmph while the revolution counter on the right graded to 8,800 rpm.
There is more to see and learn about the car form the BMW engineers themselves in the video below.
