During the 2014 Sao Paulo Motor Show which took place in Sao Paulo, Brazil, the Japanese automaker, Nissan, had actually introduced the Kicks concept vehicle already. Now, however, the company has introduced a new livery for the model. So, it seems that nothing but the livery is really new actually.
Taking a look at the images that depict the Japanese concept car and its new livery, it can be seen that the car sports a design that remains consistent with what was shown last year. Nevertheless, this time around, the car can be seen wearing a new bumper for both its front and rear ends. In addition to that, those people out there who are keen on buying the vehicle will also be eligible for 19-inch bespoke alloy wheels and, of course, the aforementioned new livery. Speaking of this new livery, it seems to have been inspired by the very famous Samba dance from Brazil. As it turns out, it is the Nissan Design America Rio (NDA-R) team that is in charge of developing this exclusive paint.
In case you have yet to notice, the Japanese automaker introduced the Nissan Kicks concept vehicle to preview the very kind of vehicles to be expected by those fast-paced professionals out there, especially those from Brazil. Initially, the Nissan Kicks will only be available in the automotive market in Brazil. Nonetheless, there are now reports that suggest the car may as well make appearances at other countries around the world.
In terms of performance, the Nissan Kicks will reportedly pack a 1.6L flex-fuel engine. If this is true, the engine will be derived from the very same engine that is used on the Nissan Sunny vehicle model. However, these are all rumors as the Japanese automaker has yet to confirm or deny anything officially.
