Officially revealed Jaguar XJR

Jaguar has officially revealed the 2014 Jaguar XJR just before the official launch of the model in the upcoming 2013 New York Auto Show.

The exterior changes include quad exhausts, new bumper, side skirts along with a subtle trunk mounted spoiler and forged 20-inch alloy wheels wrapped in bespoke Pirelli tires.

The car comes with re-engineered suspension kit which helps the car to give the thrill of sporty ride but without any loss of comfort. The kit includes a new electronic rear differential and modified Dynamic Stability Control unit.

The car comes with 5.0-liter V8 turbocharged engine with output capacity of 550 hp and 502 lb.-ft of torque. The engine is connected to eight-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. The car can accelerate to 100 kmph in just 4.5 seconds.

The interior changes are very few such as embossing of “R” logos on the seats and the choice of carbon fiber or piano black cabin accents.
