Peugeot Onyx concept headed to Goodwood

by SpeedLux

Peugeot has recently announced its plans to offer one lucky person once-in-a-lifetime chance to ride shotgun in the Onyx concept.

As part of the Goodwood Onyx competition held by the company, fans can submit their contact details in return for the chance to win two tickets to the Goodwood Festival of Speed and a passenger seat ride in the Onyx concept when it completes its afternoon run in the Supercar class. The contest is currently open for the citizens of Britain who have completed 18 years of age.

Just to refresh, the Onyx concept is powered by a mid-mounted 3.7-liter V8 HDi FAP engine that is capable of generating 600 HP (441 kW). The engine is well backed up by a six-speed sequential transmission gearbox and an electric motor that delivers an additional output of 80 HP (59 kW) during acceleration.
