A used 2008 Porsche911 Turbo Cabriolet car that has been modified extensively has been bid for an amount of $217,100 by an unknown buyer on eBay.
One reason of course due to which the car has been placed for purchase at such an outrageous amount is the owner of the car who is as famous as the car from the Porsche stable that he has put up for sale. Its none other than the soccer star David Beckham who has been seen driving the car in the streets of Los Angeles over the past few years.
The customization that the car comes with is the number “23” stitched into the seats headrest. This incidentally is the jersey number that Beckham wears when playing for Los Angeles Galaxy. The car otherwise has a matte black paint finish and lights that are tinted.
The car was put up for auction at eBay and the bidding came to an end at $217,100. Original price of the car as per Porsche themselves was $145,790 with the car having gone through an accident free period till now.
