Porsche is not bringing the entry level Panamera with a new 300 hp V6 engine to the Geneva Motor Show. Instead they will show it first at the Beijing Motor Show end of April, just like they did with the V8 powered Panamera last year.

The Panamera and Panamera 4 will be in Porsche dealerships in June 2010 joining the Panamera S, Panamera 4S and the Panamera Turbo.

Both feature a brand-new 3.6-liter V6 with Direct Fuel Injection developing 300 horsepower and 295 lb-ft of torque. The Panamera comes with rear wheel drive, while the Panamera 4 comes standard with all-wheel drive.

Equipped with the PDK gearbox and the Auto Start Stop function these new models will be considerably more fuel efficient than their normally aspirated V8 siblings.

Steel suspension with variable dampers is standard, while the adaptive air suspension with additional air volume on demand is available as an option.

The Panamera and Panamera 4 prices in US start at $74,400 and $78,900, respectively. European prices start at 63,600 euros and 70,500 euros, respectively.
