A small city like the Boca Raton, which is inhabited only by a hundred thousand people, may not sound like something much. However, there are actually cool stuffs in the city, such as highly luxurious mansions. Yes, this is just what we will be talking about here. There is this ultra-luxury mansion that belongs to a man who goes by the name John J. Boyle III. John has even upgraded the mansion with some Moroccan decorations, adding a value of $1 million at least to the house. However, he is now intending to sell the mansion and he is asking for ‘just’ $3.5 million.
Well, to be honest, the price John is asking may not be too much. After all, the mansion in question features a Taj Mahal-inspired chandelier, leopard print carpets, six bedrooms and also seven-bath estate that can be found on the islands at the Boca West subdivision.
If those are not enough, the mansion covers an area with a total width of 10,000 square feet and is built on top of a golf course. It faces a lake so the view is definitely a gorgeous one. There are also up to seventy chandeliers hanging around the mansion, a theater room that the owner dubs the ‘I Dream of Genie’ theater and also a stairway whose walls are covered with roses, albeit imitations.
Phew, if all those facilities above still do not sound attractive enough, those who are willing to spend their money on this particular mansion will also get to choose a free car. Yes, that’s right, they are eligible for a free car! The owner is letting buyer of the mansion to choose either an open-top, slant-nose Hummer H1 or the very cool and sporty Ferrari 360 Spider to put in his garage free of charge. However, in this case, the buyer will have to be willing to pay in full the price that John is asking for, which is, $3.5 million. Sounds interesting?
