Star Trek actor, Anton Yelchin, dies in car accident at age 27

Actor Anton Yelchin died at the age of 27 in a car accident.

Friends discovered Yelchin was missing out on around 1 am after he was late to a rehearsal. The star was found pinned to his mail box by his vehicle at the bottom of a high driveway at his San Fernando Valley home. The automobile remained in neutral and the engine was still running. Foul play is not believed.

Actor was born in Russia in 1989, and immigrated to the United States as an infant. His very first role was in E.R. from the year of 2000, and he had worked as an actor in a variety of extra television programs over the following years. He was became nationwide figure with his role in the movie Alpha Dog, before he was cast as Chekov in J.J. Abram’s Star Trek franchise.

After Star Trek, he had appeared in movies such as Terminator Salvation, Odd Thomas, The Smurfs, and others. He is slated to appear in Rememory, We Don’t Belong Here and in 2016’s Star Trek Beyond. He was likewise cast in the upcoming Stephen King adaptation, Mr. Mercedes.
