Two killed, two injured after car crash in Oxford County

Two were killed and two were injured after a head-on car crash in Oxford County, Paris, Maine on early Sunday morning.

The crash took place shortly am after 2 a.m. on Main Street in Hanover when a car driven by a 36-year-old identified as Nathanial Skillin, of Dixfield crossed the centerline and struck another car driven by Rodger Beaudoin, 55, of Berlin, New Hampshire.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

Beaudoin’s car caught fire due to the crash.

Two of Beaudoin’s passengers escaped the engulfed car before being admitted to a hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.

The crash is being investigated by Oxford County Sheriff’s Office.
