Are you, by any chance, looking for a pretty good-looking van that you can use to take your family for numerous fun journeys? If so, you may as well take a glance at the 2015 Volkswagen Caddy as the car is unveiled by the German automaker, Volkswagen.
It will hardly take long for people to notice that it is a Volkswagen Caddy when the car passes by. However, this new Caddy model has been properly treated with a redesigned front fascia. It now comes with a new set of headlamps as well as a larger front grille. Its new look does not end there, though. The rear fascia o the vehicle has also benefited from a revised rear bumper, restyled tailgate and a new set of taillights.
Stepping into the cabin of the vehicle, customers will find a new switchgear, a steering wheel with a flat bottom, new door panels, metallic accents, a redesigned dashboard and also color-coded trim, which is only available on the higher trims. So far, VW is keeping its lips sealed when it comes to the technical specifications of the vehicle. Yet, the company has made clear that customers will be able to pair the upcoming Caddy model with such amenities as the Composition Color Infotainment system, Composition Media and Discover Media.
Under the hood of the vehicle, potent buyers can expect to get a 1.0L 3-cylinder TSI engine with 102 PS of power, 1.2L 4-cylinder TSI engine with 84 PS of power and a 1.4L 4-cylinder TSI engine with 125 PS of power. Those are for the petrol variants. A number of diesel engines will reportedly be available as well, with power output ranging from 75 to 150 PS. The official launch of the 2015 VW Caddy is scheduled for June this year and at its home country, Germany, price will start at 14,785 Euros.
