Two people were killed and two others were injured after a multiple-vehicle crash in Elmore County, Alabama.
Officials said the victims include a juvenile and a woman from Titus.
Officials were notified of the three-vehicle crash just after 4:30 p.m. on Saturday on U.S. 231.
The child was a passenger in a 2008 Honda Odyssey, drove by a 30-year-old identified as Tevin Robinson, of Thonotosassa, Florida.
The crash took place when Robinson crossed the centerline, side-swiped a 2022 Chevrolet Trax driven by a 38-year-old identified as Jessica Lynn, and then crashed head-on with a 2013 Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 57-year-old identified as Shelia A. Frost.
Both Frost and the child were pronounced dead at the scene.
Robinson and another passenger in the Honda were admitted to Baptist South Medical Center.
Alabama Law Enforcement Agency is investigating the crash.
