If you thought the Top Marques Monaco is only about super cars and out and out luxury, well you are in for a surprise in the form of the Audi R8 V10 S.W.A.T Edition by MTM. And the fact the the German tuner has taken special care to prepare the sports car SWAT style is also the reason the car is at the center of everyone’s attention.

The tuning package for the Audi R8 V10 S.W.A.T. edition is based on the Biturbo version of the R8 which is also an MTM in house development. The engine therefore is a V10 of 5.0 liter displacement that is capable of a massive 777 hp. With that much of power at disposal, the car is capable of doing the 0 to 60 mph dash in just 3.0 seconds while reaching the 124 mph mark from rest in 9.36 seconds. Similarly, the top speed of the car is an equally impressive 217 mph. The theme is obviously S.W.A.T. and there is a full 100 percent chrome wrap in combine. Now since SWAT stands for Special Weapons and Tactics, the car can well turn into being Audi’s special weapon.

The tuned car is perfect for display as a mark of workmanship that can be carried out upon a Top Marques Monaco. Its just the right example of what can be done with a car if the tuner wishes to make it stand neck and head above the rest. But then, the car might not be the natural first choice for driving to any emergency situation though can be a nice gift for, say the agent of the year and son on.
