2011 Corolla and 2011 Matrix prices are here!

Toyota has released the U.S. prices for the 2011 Corolla and 2011 Matrix sedan. The new Corolla has several minor exterior revisions like a new redesigned front grille and wheels, new bumpers, and also a few chrome accents. The interior is available in three models: Corolla, LE and S. The new model now has an upgraded heater which comes standard with the car. The LE model receives metallic trim, heated mirrors, cruise control, remote keyless entry, better stereo and variable intermittent windshield wipers. The top of the range, the S model, has 16 inch alloy wheels and a color-keyed rear deck spoiler. All models receive a very good safety package as standard.

The car comes in standard with: Vehicle Stability Control (VSC), Traction Control (TRAC), Anti-lock Braking System (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD), Brake Assist (BA) and Smart Stop Technology brake override system. It seems that this car will arrive in dealerships in January 2011. The Matrix, on the other hand will hit the dealerships next year in spring. Toyota North America has announced that the Corolla will have a base price of $15,600 for a manual gearbox, or 16,400 for an automatic transmission.

The LE trim, which could only be fitted with an automatic, is priced from $17,300. Meanwhile, in top spec S Grade, the car has a starting price of $17,470 for a manual or $18,300 with an automatic. The 2011 Matrix is priced from $18,545 for the base model with a manual while the top-of-the-line S Grade has a starting price of $21,415. It is equipped with a 4-speed automatic and 4×4 drivetrain.
