This enables the crossover to hit an electronically limited top speed of 130 kmph (80 mph) and will also be travel up to 150 km (93 miles) on a single charge. The lithium iron phosphate battery can be fully recharged in time of about seven and a half hours.
The 1E is being marketed as a premium vehicle and it comes nicely equipped with features that include automatic climate control, heated front seats and GPS navigation. Inside the cabin, the model comes equipped with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, rain sensing wipers and a boot that holds 306 liters (10.8 cubic feet) of luggage.
The 1E will be available exclusively through a rental agreement as the company is presently focused more on building Zinoro’s brand image and less on sales. The company aims to raise the customer understanding and acceptance of electric vehicles.
