German tuning firm DMC recently released their Quattro Veloce tuning kit for the Murcielago LP 640 of Lamborghini. The kit which basically consists of carbon fiber elements can be acquired via JamesList.com. The package includes a redesigned hood, reworked intakes, new front fascia design, and a splitter.
The Quattro Veloce will also give consumers rear spoiler, fuel-filer cap, and side wings which are all made from pure carbon fiber.
The engine was also tweaked to up its power by 6% to 670 PS and improved its torque to 660 Nm. The powerplant is also encaged by the red carbon custom made by DMC.
Considering all the upgrades the Lambo by DMC can blast from 0 to 60 miles per hour in just 3.2 seconds. The top speed is pegged at 213 mph which is about 8 mph quicker than the stock version LP 640.
The upgrades will cost your bank account a whopping €59,900 which includes the installation and the transport of the car to and from Dusseldorf where the DMC headquarters is located. Consumers who want to shell out €40,000 can have the first diamond forged white-carbon wheels in the globe, seats made from carbon fiber, and head rests with ostrich leather.
Those who want to save some money can order the kit, have it installed somewhere else, and slice €20K from the asking price. This Quattro Veloce from DMC will only have a very limited run of 40 vehicles. The first one will be delivered this coming July.
