Ford B-MAX – 2012 Geneva Motor Show

Revealed only one year ago, at the 2011 Geneva Motor Show, the Ford B-Max will be released at this year’s Geneva event. It is planned to go on sale later this year.

The Ford B-MAX has as main purpose rendering certain features previously only found in bigger, more expensive vehicles available. It will feature either a 1.0-liter EcoBoost petrol engine, capable of delivering 124 horsepower, with a fuel economy of 58.9 mpg, or a Duratorq TDCi diesel.

According to Stephen Odell, chairman and CEO, Ford Europe, more and more customers want to get more from their small cars, and the B-MAX is made to provide just that. It combines an exciting design with features that used to be only available in bigger cars.

The new B-MAX will have the best features in its class (best load-space, high-quality craftsmanship, advanced new engines, etc.).

This Ford is a smart, compact, city-friendly car, and we can’t wait to see what it can do. It will go on sale in September in the UK.
