The New Infiniti Personal Assistant Service Now Comes All New Cars Purchased

Infiniti is looking for ways to make your life easier, and not just with the continued improvement of its vehicles, either. The latest and unique service will be the Infiniti Personal Assistant that will provide owners 24-hour access to anything their request at the push of the button. A new Infiniti owner can get in touch with his personal assistant by using the mobile phone.

You’ll always have a personal assistant that will be there anytime to provide live informations about driving directions, dining suggestions and reservations, movie times, schedule reminders and stock market information.

“The new Infiniti Personal Assistant benefit is a great addition to the Infiniti Total Ownership Experience, providing true ‘anything, anytime, anywhere’ concierge service with the personal touch of talking to real people, not some computer data site.There’s seemingly no limit what Infiniti Personal Assistant can do for you – adding to the pleasure of driving and owning an Infiniti vehicle”. said Infiniti America’s Vice president Ben Poore.

Infiniti is the first luxury automobile brand to offer this type of service nationally in the U.S. The brand purchasers are being registered before taking delivery of their new car, and can begin using the service immediately. 

Infiniti Personal Assistant will also be available via e-mails, text messaging and online portals. The service benefit will be cost free for the 4 years of Infiniti ownership. Beside that, 4-year companion accounts (providing access from an additional phone number) are also available at a minimal cost. 

Once connected, the live helpers are able to offer up answers, advice or assistance on topics ranging from:
Directory Assistance and Driving Directions
City Guides
Weather Forecasts
Dining Suggestions and Reservations
Movie Times and Reviews
Travel Arrangements
Emergency Assistance
Schedule Reminders
Stock Market Information
Sports Scores and Stats, General Trivia Answers
Consumer Product Reviews and Price Comparisons
