Following an announcement made in the latter half of 2012, Saleen has finally unveiled a 351 Mustang prototype recently at Fabulous Fords at Knott’s Berry Farm in California.
The 351 Mustang prototype was seen wearing a specially-made Orange County Orange hue and it looked rather ravishing. The prototype is fitted with a 351 cubic inch (5751cc) V8 engine with output generation capacity of 700 bhp (522 kW) and a peak torque of 655 lb-ft (887 Nm). The engine has been matted to 6-speed gearbox featuring a 3.73:1 final drive ratio and a performance clutch system.
The car also comes with a huge 20-inch alloy wheels with high-performance tires and the braking is taken care by the 15-inch brake discs. The prototype has also received a functional butterfly hood scoop, along with carbon fiber front and rear splitters and rear diffuser.
The car looks nice and surely will create some excitement and catch a lot of eyeballs of the car loves and fans who love to drive such powerful car.
