Three people were killed and six others were injured after a car crash involving a stolen car in Phoenix on early Friday.
The stolen Toyota Camry was accelerating north on 43rd Avenue around 2 a.m. when it crashed with a south-facing vehicle that was turning left onto Thunderbird Road.
The stolen car had six occupants who were teenagers and young adults. They were hospitalized.
A woman in her 30s was in critical condition, while a woman in her 20s and two male teens were also in critical condition. Condition of another male teen and a female teen stable condition were stable, according to Phoenix Fire Department.
The intersection 43rd Avenue and Thunderbird Road were shut in all directions for some hours due to an investigation by Phoenix Police Department.
