Tokyo District Court decides to keep Ghosn detained for ten days

Tokyo District Court has decided that Nissan’s Chairman Carlos Ghosn and Representative Director Greg Kelly are going to be detained for 10 days, Kyodo News reported on Wednesday.

Ghosn was arrested on Monday following discovery by a Nissan internal investigation found that he had allegedly engaged in years of misconduct, consisting of personal use of company money and under-reporting earnings.
