Two killed after two-vehicle crash on SH 105, near Navasota

Two people died after a two-vehicle crash on early Wednesday morning on SH 105 near Navasota, Texas.

According to Texas Department of Public Safety Troopers, a 2008 Nissan Altima was traveling west and a 2003 Mazda MX-5 Miata was traveling east when the Nissan left its lane and hit the Mazda head-on.

Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.

Both have been identified. One was a 27-year-old driver on the Nissan, identified as Jaquan Busby and another was a 43-year-old driver of the Mazda, identified as Spencer Scott.

The department is still investigating the crash.
