Two killed, one injured after car crash in Charleston, Vermont

Two were killed after a two-vehicle crash in Charleston, Vermont at around 8:46 pm on Wednesday.

Officials say a 23-year-old identified as Katelyn Deslandes of Island Pond, was driving westbound on Route 105 when she drove into the eastbound lane and struck an oncoming vehicle head-on.

Deslandes had significant but non-life-threatening injuries and was flown to the North Country Hospital.

The driver of the second vehicle, a juvenile, was admitted to the North Country Hospital where he was pronounced dead. The passenger of the second vehicle, another juvenile, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Vermont State Police is investigating the crash.
