Two teens were killed following a car crash north of Wetaskiwin, Alberta on Friday night.
Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) says it was about 11 p.m. on Friday when police responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 814 and Township Road 475.
Five teenagers were occupants in the vehicle when the crash took place. The three that survived the crash were taken to an Edmonton-area hospital by STARS air ambulance. They are in serious but stable condition.
Wetaskiwin Regional Public Schools on Sunday said all five in the vehicle were from WRPS schools. They did not mention their ages.
The five students were studying in Grade 12 at Wetaskiwin Composite High School.
