A 2003 Nissan Xterra driven by Tommy Hagans, 47, of Prattville “crossed over” and hit a 2015 Nissan Versa driven by Jeri Lashay Savage, 20, of Mobile, according to state troopers.

Hagans’ car then struck a 2013 Kia Soul driven by Katherine Marshall, 49, of Prattville.

Angela Hagans was the front-seat passenger in the Xterra. Smedley, 86, of Autaugaville was the front-seat passenger in the Versa. Both women were pronounced dead at the scene.
