Dodge unveiled the first cut describing briefly giving the main points or summary of its special edition Mopar 10 Challenger a few days back. The special edition version will hit the car dealer’s showrooms next month. The price for an automatic transmission version car would start at $38,000 whereas the manual transmission version of the sedan would cost just $39,000. Only 500 units of the special edition car would roll out by the car manufacturers. Pietro Gorlier, President and CEO of the Mopar marque, Mark Trostle, Chief of the Dodge’s Exterior Design department, and Dan Zimmermann, Head of Dodge Interior Design and Mopar Interiors guide you through, in the video, all of the changes to the muscle car in order to give a “sinister” look to the car. Both Dodge and Mopar are reported to have intended this sinister look for the special edition. The video covers many parts of the Mopar Challenger very closely as the experts describe the idea behind the vehicle.
A brilliant black exterior color with contrasting Mopar Blue, Red, or Silver, 20″ forged heritage gloss-black wheels, a cold-air intake, a front strut-tower brace with shock caps, a unique engine cover, and Mopar logos and graphics are some of the distinguishing elements in the new Mopar 10 Challenge.
Katzkin leather seating, custom leather-wrapped steering wheel with baseball-style stitching, Mopar shift T style handle for automatics, Pistol Grip for manuals, a serialized dash plaque with Mopar ’10 logo, and Mopar branding throughout are among the interior cosmetic elements for the special editions.
