A GTurbo tuning package was unveiled by the German Tuner 9ff a few weeks ago. It was an earth shattering 1200 hp that this package from 9ff could develop on a GTurbo while the rest of the packages available could only develop at most 1000 hp. This was on display at the Essen Motorshow also.

The Porsche GT2 model is the basis on which the GTurbo has drawn inspiration from. Modification carried out to the GTurbo is a series of carbon fiber elements, alongside and rear windows that have been replaced by Macrolon items, all of which makes the car much lighter than its original version. For wheels the modification gives the car a new set of 19 inch wheels.

To develop the whooping 1200 hp as well as 1100 Nm of torque the setup included titanium connecting rods of 9ff, 9ff cylinder head with bigger valves and ports, 9ff camshafts, and 130mm intercoolers. Acceleration statistics of the car now stands at 2.8 seconds for the 0 to 60 mph run. Top speed of the car is 157 mph. Exhaust system of the car post modification is of titanium with adjustable valves which gives it a quieter and sportier sound. Sale price of the car is 219,000 euro which converts to around $285,000.
