Automobiles that are powerful enough to match the present standards are the hall mark of Callaway Cars, a tuning firm that builds such system engineered products for the 21st century. They have once again proved their engineering worth on the 2011 Chevrolet Camaro.
The SC572 package for the Camaro made by Callaway makes the Camaro stand apart from the rest of the worked product that one gets to see on the road. The 6.2 liter V8 engine for one has been boosted to deliver a peak torque value of 541 lb ft while the power delivered goes to 572 hp. The original torque rating of the V6 were 420 lb ft. The package also adds lots of aerodynamic features to the Camaro.
The package also includes a high flow intake system, a set of new carbon fiber injector covers, a low restriction exhaust system, embroidered headrests, embroidered floor mats, door sill panels, Callaway badging on both the exterior and interior, a Callaway under-hood plaque with the car’s VIN number, along with its very own authenticity documentation. A limited warranty is also being offered by the tuning firm which would be valid for a period of three years or 36,000 miles. Cost of the package is $17,695.
