After having being spied undisguised, the company decided to release an official spy photo of the upcoming 2014 MINI Cooper.
The image does not reveal much about the model, but MINI says “Members of the Royal Family, as well as actors, footballers and top models are all familiar with the sensation of being caught in uncompromising situations, and now MINI is the latest victim. Absolutely unaware and without make-up, the youngest member of our family was caught by sensationalist photographers in a highly private moment.”
The jovial press release by MINI even went on to say that the photos do not reflect the good looks but then mentioned that everyone would have an opportunity to see the model shortly, and so we can expect an official announcement in the coming weeks.
Just to update, the 2014 Cooper will have an evolutionary design that borrows quite a few cues from the Rocketman concept. While the exterior styling is pretty similar to its predecessor, the interior will become more traditional and eschew the center-mounted speedometer.
