2015 Ford Mustang officially unveiled with an independent rear suspension & EcoBoost engine

Ford has officially unveiled the 2015 Mustang.

The model comes with an evolutionary design with a “shark-bite” front fascia and a trapezoidal grille flanked by slender headlights. Other highlights include a steeply raked windscreen blending into a classic fastback roof, sculpted hood, wider rear fenders and three-dimensional tri-bar taillights with sequential turn signals.

Talking about the interiors, the aviation-inspired cockpit has a familiar design but now adopts higher quality materials and improved switchgear. The cabin has also been given a technological makeover as it can now be equipped with features such as Intelligent Access, SYNC, MyFord Touch, Track Apps, MyColor gauges and a new Shaker Pro audio system.

Under the hood, three different engines are options are available including:
• A 3.7-liter V6 engine with minimum output of 300 hp (223 kW) and 270 lb-ft (365 Nm) of torque
• A 2.3-liter EcoBoost four-cylinder mill with output exceeding 305 hp (227 kW) and 300 lb-ft (406 Nm) of torque
• A 5.0-liter V8 mill with output of more than 420 hp (313 kW) and 390 lb-ft (528 Nm) of torque
Regardless of which engine is selected, they can be paired to improved automatic and manual transmissions.
