The ongoing Shanghai Auto Show saw the official launch of the Aventador LP 720-4 50° Anniversario by Lamborghini. The car has been designed to celebrate the company’s 50th anniversary.
The special edition Aventador LP 720-4 50° Anniversario has a dual-tone exterior with exclusive Giallo Maggio paint with a contrast matte black trim and gloss black wheels. The car also comes with a new front splitter, a massive diffuser and a ventilated rear fascia for improved engine cooling.
In terms of interiors, the two-tone cabin comes well equipped with semi-aniline leather seats and a 50th anniversary emblem that is constructed from the company’s Forged Composite carbon fiber material.
The engine fitted in this special edition is a 6.5-liter V12 engine which can develop a massive 720 HP (529 kW). The same is connected to an ISR transmission which enables the model to accelerate from 0-100 kmph in just 2.9 seconds and can hit a top speed of 350 kmph (217 mph).
The company has stated that since it is a special edition, the production would be limited to just 100 units. The details of pricing have not been announced yet by the company.
We have to say that the company is celebrating the anniversary in style which is true to their genre and the car lovers would surely like to get this limited edition as a part of their collection before the same gets fully sold out!
