Generally the reports on corporate earnings tend to be a little dry which consists of figures and performance of the company, but occasionally they also provide some insight about a previously unannounced product. We are talking about the Spyker’s report which has confirmed plans for a convertible version of the B6 Venator.

Dubbed as the B6 Venator Spyder, the roadster will be based on the coupe that was recently introduced at the Geneva Motor Show last month. This means that it is quite likely that it will feature a carbon fiber body, a lightweight aluminum chassis and a mid-mounted V6 engine that will be able to develop more than 375 HP (276 kW).

Not much detail is available about the model as of now but the company has intention to launch the convertible later this year.

Spyker also confirmed this year’s run of the C8 Aileron has been already sold out. The company also said they are focused on developing the production version of the D8 Peking-to-Paris.
