Three killed after car crashes in Henry Hudson Parkway

Three people were killed after a car crashed in Henry Hudson Parkway, New York on Monday morning.

The car crash resulted in the deaths of three people and disrupted traffic for hours. 

The crash took place when the driver was speeding when he lost control at around 2 a.m. near 181st Street, flew over the concrete barrier, and jumped into the embankment below.

The car was immediately engulfed.

The driver, a 39-year-old Edgar Valette, was ejected and killed.

A woman inside the car died at the scene.

Officials found a third man’s body underneath the car.
